being a good neighbor

More than 100 formal discussions with Fullerton residents, homeowner associations, school districts and city leaders over the years to help ensure West Coyote Hills will be a good neighbor.

This feedback helped to shape our balanced plan and our top five commitments to being a good neighbor.  Click on each to learn more.

  1. Road improvements:  Funding for the City’s Traffic Impact Fee Program; Gilbert Street widened to four lanes at developer expense.
  2. Water supply:  New water tank to complete Fullerton’s Water Master Plan, helping to improve water reliability and fire-fighting capabilities.
  3. School agreement:  Funding agreement provides millions of dollars to schools – double current state requirements.
  4. Views protected:  Prominent landmarks and the property’s five highest points will be preserved, helping to protect our neighbors’ existing views.
  5. Fiscal benefits:  West Coyote Hills could generate up to $1.5 million in surplus revenues every five years to the City.
