City report finds West Coyote Hills is fiscally positive

The City's independently prepared Fiscal Impact Analysis found West Coyote Hills would result in an annual project-related surplus of up to $307,000 for Fullerton.

This finding confirms that that the local property tax from future homes in West Coyote Hills and sales tax revenues generated by its residents will cover additional local government services while generating a surplus to the City.
