Areas of Study

The planned West Coyote Hills community is the outcome of years of planning, community input and refinements.

Professional environmental, traffic, soils and other engineering specialists prepared the project's draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), working in cooperation with the City of Fullerton's planning and engineering staff.

The DEIR evaluates potential impacts the development may have on the environment and local community. Its analysis concludes that project impacts on schools, habitat, traffic and infrastructure can be mitigated (corrected) through the use of smart planning techniques and corrective actions, which have been incorporated as conditions for the approval of the project.

Homes at West Coyote Hills are grouped together so open space can be preserved and protected.
