The plan would provide approximately $30 million to local agencies to improve schools and services, which includes $10.8 million to Fullerton’s two school districts. Additionally, West Coyote Hills is projected to create up to 1,800 new jobs. About half will be short-term jobs as a result of the construction of the project and half will be permanent jobs as a result of the ripple effect that occurs when new homes spark the need for new services.
