West Coyote Hills Home

West Coyote Hills is a proposed low-density community designed to complement the surrounding north Fullerton neighborhoods. Most of the property would be restored and set aside as a nature preserve with trails, vista points and a nature center – all open to the public. The new community would also generate approximately $30 million of much-needed revenue to local agencies to improve schools and services – including police and fire.
